Do you ship all over the world?
Yes! We ship worldwide, we want our products to be available worldwide.
How do we ship the orders?
We use a GLS service for domestic shipments and DHL Express for international shipments. Once we send your order, you will receive a tracking code to be able to follow your order at all times.
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days.
Only orders placed before 12:30 pm CEST on business days will be shipped the same day. For example, an order placed on a Thursday at 2pm CEST will be shipped on Friday the next day.
Where do you ship from?
We ship the items from our warehouse in Gorliz (EU).
How much are the shipping costs?
It depends on your location. When placing an order and filling in your delivery address, shipping costs will be automatically added to your order. Within the European Union shipping costs are free.
For orders outside the EU, customs fees or taxes may apply. Check with your local post office for more information.
When will FREE domestic / international shipping apply?
Shipments within the European Union are free, there is no minimum order.
You will be qualified to receive FREE international shipping when the subtotal of your order (including discounts), is greater than € 300.
Shipping costs will be charged, if after applying a discount code, the total value of the order is less than € 300.
I live outside the European Union. Do I have to pay duties / VAT to receive the order?
It depends on your local tax code.
Any customs / VAT is the sole responsibility of the client and not of our team.
We have absolutely no control over the collection of additional customs / VAT charges from customers at the time of purchase. Therefore, these charges (if applicable) may be imposed upon receipt of the package. If you don’t know whether or not you will be charged customs taxes upon receipt of your package, please contact your local post office.
For orders over € 300 we offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide, this means that we cover the cost of transport made with GLS / DHL Express.
How long will it take to get my order?
From the moment we send you the tracking code, the estimated shipping time will depend on your location:
EUROPE: 1-3 business days
UNITED STATES: 2-6 business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 6-8 business days
Delivery time may increase if customs clearance procedure is applicable.
Any customs taxes / VAT are the sole responsibility of the client and not of Piti Cuiti.
I want to change or return my order, what is the return policy?
The return period is must be from receipt of the product.
The reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the client withdraws.
We maintain our policy of free exchanges and returns for 30 days, as long as the product has not been used.
All returned products must be unworn and in original condition. In the event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.
Once we receive and review the correct condition of the product, we will make a full refund deducting the shipping costs. *
